Help
hi everyone...i've just joined in the hope that you guys will be able to help me in the future. i started the foundation degree in early years in september and what i initially thought was an ok course has now got 10x harder! has anyone any tips on how im to get through the next 3 years of my life...whilst working full time and holding onto a semi-decent social life!?!?

Social life? What's that? lol! :D
I think that you will find that many of us had the same thoughts when we started the FD, most with full time jobs, young families etc and all those essays to get in on time!
Lots of us have done the FD in different ways so there is probably someone who can help with ideas and any difficult areas you come across.

Hi Sarah...and welcome......You'll find this the most valuable resource in your arsenal!
We are a very experienced old bunch (not me of course Im not old...just the others). We have all dont things in slightly different ways Im doing a degree through Ou but have chosen to not do the FD...but I am mentoring someone who is doing FD through FE college. Biggest tip if your stuck post a link down on the education/training link below....but write it in plain english please dont say can any one help me with Question K3634 subsection x vii......because half of us wont know what that relates to whilst we probably know something that might help! .....(not me of course cos I know nothing!)
Also ....I may have to warn you that.....one or two of the people on here...are ever so slightly mad (not me of course Im perfectly sane!)
Enjoy and you'll get there...we're here to mop the tears, vent the anger...and give a kick up the b*m when/if required.... :P (Jude never knowingly politically correct) ;)
