I am so very tired. I don't think my gang know how tired I feel. Our term is finished. I have a to-do folder on my desktop. My course is also nearly finished too. I have had my performance review and a visit from Ofsted. The glory is there for all to see, bigger than one person. Up from the ashes. I KNEW it could be done. Never say never, you can always turn a setting around with enough will.

The team astounds me in it's strengths. I feel like I will stay forever. I have off days when I feel like I am everyone's runner, but I'm an upright kind of girl. I like being a team leader.

Have a good holiday and be proud of the work you do with the citizens of tomorrow. No job is more important. During the holiday I will be getting my head around the EYFS, not yet though. I just want a lie in. Imagineers need that kind of thing.

what to do really .. this is a great bit of blogging software & has given me a lifeline discipline I never thought possible !

It is by far the most user friendly control panel in comparrison to my other experiences of WP & eBlogger but seems it may be time to move on ..
Well it's my turn for the 'notification tomorrow .. will sit back, wait & see.
I have this friend, Red. Loyal, honest, understated. Red is a whizz with children, nothing phases her. She steels herself in the face of adversity. I saw Red today. I have not seen her for quite some. It is good, just hanging. I don't get a lot of time for that any more.

My 'Getting to know you! Getting to know all about you!' phase is morphing into a different one. Not sure what. I love my job. Does everyone loved their job this much? I worry though, worry for certain children, worry how to lead. I aspire to do better with leadership. I am a novice, the shoes don't feel quite like my own yet. Did I get this job because no-one else wanted it? In dark moments I wonder that.

Wanda continues to pull white rabbits out of hats, metaphorical ones. I walk the line. I become oppressed with paperwork. My tangible eveidence of doing stuff! I am Jack of All Trades, I do cleaning and DIY, I do it badly and no-one notices. I clutter. I clutter therefore I am.
